Growing up, I wanted to be Indiana Jones. I thought traveling around the world seeking adventures, discovering new things, and bringing that knowledge back to share with my colleagues would be my dream job. (We won't talk about the near-death experiences nor the snake pit. Every profession has its ups and downs right?!) Oddly enough, what I experienced in the design world is not too far off of that childhood dream. Over the course of my career, I was able to travel to many major cities in North America and live abroad for a bit. I got into many adventures, worked with start-ups, consultancies, enterprise innovation teams and non-profits.
I have learned to build consensus within cross-disciplines teams in order to collaborate and deliver business value. My mission is to employ those experience to build world-class product with creative teams to positively impact society. My desire is to win best-in-class industry awards for the next product my team and I work on.
