To move, to breathe, to fly, to float,
~ Hans Christian Andersen
It's often on the road that I find myself most lucid. Ideas for creative projects would come as if a muse near by had whispered her thoughts to me.
It's often on the road that I find myself renewed and fuel with solutions to problems that had previously seemed impenetrable. It's often on the road that I find everything fades into the rear view mirror and nothing really matters but the present moment. Travel is my life's ethos and the following are a few snap shots of what had transpired thus far in my life, at least the moments when time stood still long enough to land in the lens of a camera. |
Summer in Venice
I spent a Summer in Venice, CA, thinking that I would have a year there. Even though life did not unfold like I thought, Venice left its marks on me. That Summer by the Sea and Sun, I soaked up the scenery of the unique vibrant culture of Venice and its inhabitants. It was a Summer full of life, hope, and exploration that filled me with creative energy.
Death Valley
In the vastness of the desert you can find incredible oasis where life finds its way.
Playing on the Gold Coast
I'm always amazed by the amount of beauty and joy you can randomly find while wandering the coastline.
Magic of Big Sur
I have never seen such bio diversity on an 8 mls trail, where you hardly see a soul but your soul is free.
